We want you to love your Zenwia pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right.
7-Day Returns
Return unused pieces within 7 days of delivery for refund or exchange: unworn, original condition, original packaging, with order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We replace immediately or refund in full — no need to return damaged goods.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via Contact page with order number and reason
- We’ll confirm and share return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack securely in original box; our courier collects it
Refunds
Refunds via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 7–10 working days of receiving the return.
Non-Returnable
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged. Resized rings are final sale.
