We deliver beautiful jewellery across Pakistan. Here’s everything about how your order reaches you.

Dispatch Time

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 working days nationwide. Major cities typically 2–3 days.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate: Rs. 200 per order, nationwide
  • FREE shipping: on all orders over Rs. 5,000

Cash on Delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready. You’ll receive an SMS when your order is out for delivery.

Track your order on our Order Tracking page using your order ID and billing email.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us with your order number. If a package is lost, we reship at no cost.
