Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add pieces to your bag, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your name, phone number, and delivery address, then confirm. You’ll receive an order confirmation by SMS and email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Pay in cash when your order arrives — no advance payment needed, no cards required.

Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum. Order a single pair of studs or a full bridal set — every order gets the same care.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately with your order number and we’ll help. Once dispatched, the order can’t be modified.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days nationwide. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. If your area is serviceable, we’ll get it to you.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat Rs. 200 nationwide. Orders over Rs. 5,000 ship FREE.

How do I track my order?
Use our Order Tracking page with your order ID and billing email. You’ll also receive SMS updates at dispatch.

Products & Quality

Is your jewellery real gold?
Our pieces are gold-plated fashion jewellery — a brass core with a thick 18k gold plating. They offer the look and feel of fine jewellery at accessible prices. Materials are stated honestly on every product page.

Will the plating fade?
With normal wear and proper care, plating lasts 1–2 years. We offer replating services at cost to restore pieces to new. See care instructions on each product page.

Are your products nickel-safe?
Yes. All Zenwia pieces are nickel-safe and lead-safe, suitable for sensitive skin.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days for unused pieces in original condition. Damaged items are replaced immediately. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
